Refund policy

At Zapphire, we offer a 7-day return & Exchnage time from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
